Cleaning and improving table tennis balls

In this video, we show you how to clean plastic table tennis balls so that they can be played like the good old celluloid balls again.

A major problem since the switch to plastic balls is the floury layer of dust on the balls, which leaves annoying white spots on the rubbers.

However, spots are the minor problem – much worse is that the balls slip off the rubber due to the dust and no longer have any grip. You hardly have a chance to play balls with high speed and a lot of spin. This is probably the main reason why the new plastic balls are quite unpopular with many players.

THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM: THE CLEANSI 3000 BALL CLEANER

With the CLEANSI 3000 the annoying layer of dust can be quickly and easily removed from plastic balls. The result is a table tennis ball that finally has grip again and can be played like an old celluloid ball.

RESULT: NO MORE WHITE SPOTS ON YOUR RUBBERS

HOW CAN THE DUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BALLS?

IN THIS VIDEO WE SHOW YOU HOW QUICKLY AND EASILY YOU CAN CLEAN THE BALLS AND THUS IMPROVE THEIR PLAYING CHARACTERISTICS.

All you need is an old table tennis rubber, the CLEANSI 3000 and, of course, a dusty ball. Place one of the sanding inserts between the ball and the CLEANSI 3000 (with the lettering facing upwards). Rub the ball on the surface of the old rubber with alternating circular and straight movements. You will quickly see how much dust and dirt remains on the rubber.

The ball now has a nice smooth surface with good grip and takes spin much better. Take a look at the before and after comparison.
