Straight handle shapes
What handle shapes are available?
We currently have 7 straight handle shapes in our range. You can combine them freely until the grip fits your hand perfectly.
STRAIGHT
FORM G1
G1 is a very classic, straight handle shape that is nicely rounded on both sides and can be easily combined with all other shapes. This shape comes closest to the usual standard handles and is used in the BASIC version of our woods.

Structure
- symmetrical handle shape, rounded on both sides
- Completely free of interfering edges
PROPERTIES
- sits firmly and securely in the hand
- Supports every type of racket position
- Very well suited for flexible wrist use and for quick changeover from forehand to backhand grip
CONFIGURATION
- Can be used on both sides, can be combined well with all other straight shapes



STRAIGHT
FORM G2
G2 is an asymmetrical handle shape with thumb grind. The handle tapers off nicely flat towards the top right , so that the thumb does not have to rest on any annoying edges. This prevents unpleasant pressure points. G2 is ideal for quickly turning from forehand to backhand due to its rounding. We do not recommend using it on the backhand.

PROPERTIES

- Pressure points on the thumb are avoided
- sits firmly and securely in the hand

CONFIGURATION
- we recommend using this shape on the forehand only, as it has been optimized for the thumb
- The following shapes match G2 on the forehand on the backhand: G1 – G3 – G6 and G7
- also available for left-handers



STRAIGHT
FORM G3
G3 is an asymmetrical handle scales with ball grinding. This shape tapers flat towards the bottom left, providing the palm of the hand with a nice smooth contact surface. There are no irritating edges and pressure points are avoided. The upper section of G3 is symmetrical and beautifully rounded. As this shape has been optimized for the ball of the hand, it is particularly suitable for the backhand.

PROPERTIES
- Rounding perfectly adapted to the palm of the hand
- Pressure points are avoided
- sits firmly in the hand, but is still suitable for a loose, flexible grip
- Supports every type of racket position
- very suitable for players with flexible wrist use
CONFIGURATION
- particularly suitable for the backhand due to the ball grinding
- G3 can be combined particularly well with the following shapes on the forehand:
G1 – G2 – G4 – G5 and G7 - also available as a left-handed handle



STRAIGHT
FORM G4
G4 is an asymmetrical grip with thumb and ball grind. This shape tapers gently towards the top right, providing the thumb with a beautifully smooth contact surface without edges. It also tapers flat towards the bottom left, so that it rests perfectly on the heel of the hand without any pressure.
A particularly popular combination is G4 on the forehand with G3 on the backhand. This results in a wonderfully rounded handle that is perfect for turning.

- G4 on the forehand can be combined particularly well with G3 on the backhand (very popular combination)

STRAIGHT
FORM G5
G5 is a symmetrical handle with a hollow grind. This means that this shape has a very slight indentation in the middle. The fingers are embedded in a slight hollow, giving them a little more space and a firm grip. G5 is only suitable for use on the forehand. Combined with G6 on the backhand, you get a particularly ergonomic shape that adapts perfectly to the entire hand.

- the hollow shape adapts ideally to the fingers, which lie perfectly in a hollow
- for a firm grip and optimum grip comfort
CONFIGURATION
- this shape should only be used on the forehand
- In combination with G6 on the backhand, you get a particularly ergonomic shape that adapts perfectly to the entire hand.



STRAIGHT
FORM G6
G6 is a symmetrical handle scales with a reinforced round grind. In the side view you can see that G6 is much more curved than other shapes. If you use G6 on the forehand and backhand at the same time, you get a powerful grip with plenty of contact surface for the fingers. This combination fills the entire hand and is well suited for strong hands.
The combination of G6 on the backhand with G5 on the forehand is also very popular. This handle is particularly ergonomic and fills the hand well.

- on the backhand, G6 adapts perfectly to the palm of the hand thanks to its pronounced curve
- on the forehand, it offers an enormous support surface for the fingertip

Configuration
- can be used on both sides for players who prefer a particularly strong grip shape
- in combination with G5 on the forehand, you get a particularly ergonomic grip that adapts ideally to the entire hand



STRAIGHT
FORM G7
G7 is a symmetrical handle with a conical shape. This means that the curve becomes more pronounced towards the end of the handle. As a result, this grip shape sits particularly firmly in the hand and prevents the racket from slipping out. You can use G7 on forehand and backhand at the same time if you like a slightly stronger grip.

Structure
- symmetrical and conical handle scales, ground round on both sides
- only slightly rounded in the upper area
- Rounding increases towards the end of the handle
- Completely free of interfering edges
PROPERTIES
- Suitable for firm and flexible grip
- the conical shape prevents the racket from slipping out of the hand
- well suited for players who prefer a strong grip shape
