How we mill the handles for our table tennis blades<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A large part of our production is done by hand<\/strong> – but real HiTec<\/strong> is used for the racket grips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this video, we show you how we mill the racket handles for our table tennis blades and take you on a ride with our CNC milling machine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are often asked why we don’t also make the handles by hand. Quite simply because it really is all about precision<\/strong>. We fiddled with our handle shapes for a long time – taking off 1 mm here and adding 2\/10 mm there – until the handles were perfectly shaped <\/strong>in our opinion. And because half a millimeter can make a big difference, the whole thing has to be reproducible<\/strong> – and that simply cannot be done by hand. After all, we want each of our table tennis blades to fit perfectly in the hand<\/strong> and for our customers to get an equally perfect grip, even if they order a second table tennis bat years later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
